Eggnog French Toast
Ingredients
- 6 slices french bread
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup eggnog
- Butter or oil for frying
- Maple syrup
Steps
- In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and eggnog.
- Quickly dip slices (do not soak) in egg mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides on med-high heat, about a minute a side.
- Keep egg mixture stirred.
