Guacamole
I’ve made this more than any other recipe, and it’s a winner every time.
Ingredients
- 3 avocados — halve, pit, scoop out with a spoon, and lightly mash & stir
- 1 lime, juiced (they juice better at room temperature)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
Steps
- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
- Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
- Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
